Professor Salim T S Al-Hassani, Chief Editor of the 1001 Inventions Book, and Chairman of the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation, will be attending the MCB Annual Convention 2009 on Saturday 6th June as the key note speaker. Professor Salim will be speaking about 1001 Inventions and deliver a lecture addressing the themes of a thousand years of amnesia and how this is contributing to a current identity crisis. Professor Salim’s lecture will take place after lunch during the Inauguration of the convention at 2.15pm.

1001 Inventions will be showcasing exemplar material and recent successes in an exclusive exhibition present throughout the duration of the convention.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet Professor Salim after his presentation and get a book signed:
